Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us through the Contact page as described above. Defective or wrong items are excepted from return-shipping charges.
Return Shipping
Except for defective or wrong items, return-shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please do not return an item until you have received the return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to appear, as processing times can vary.
