About ToastyNest
ToastyNest is a small online shop for minimal winter essentials and budget tools. We sell and ship to customers in Pakistan only.
Orders and Payment
Payment is made in advance via JazzCash, before your order is dispatched. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped directly from our supplier.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping across Pakistan is free. Products ship directly from our suppliers, and estimated delivery is roughly 3–5 weeks from the date your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for more detail.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. If you received a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us through the Contact page. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
